Metaphor: Mission Control — the facilitator's cockpit for scanning active work, triaging what needs attention, and navigating to action.

Emotional arc: Arrive (briefing begins) → Orient (scan signals) → Triage (filter to what matters) → Act (navigate to project).

Visual language: Editorial typography, generous whitespace, authoritative hierarchy. Neumorphic surfaces with soft shadows. Status communicated through single-channel signals — never triple-encoded.

Staggered entry animation — cards enter at 60ms intervals

Multi-select filter chips — functional, not decorative

Data-derived subtitles and counts — dynamic from project data

Hover transitions on all interactive elements
